Shipping Carrier:

International orders are dispatched using FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, or TNT. The waybill number for tracking parcels can be found in the My Orders control panel. Shipments are made to international addresses, and additional charges, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, are the responsibility of the client. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Policy:

Portable Booths disclaims liability for shipping delays. The delivery times provided on the website are estimates, not precise production durations. The company is not accountable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Our return policy will be honored for products not received within the customer’s expected timeframe if the shipment was not dispatched on the specified day during order placement or artwork approval. No refund will be issued if the order was not shipped on the specified day. Portable Booths Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will upgrade shipping at no cost if the delay is attributed to the company. There will be no refund of shipping costs if a third-party shipping company is responsible for the delayed shipment. Claims must be initiated with the third party, and any refunds are to be issued by the third-party shipping partner, not Portable Booths Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Refer to the Return Policy to confirm eligibility for returns. Additional fees for duties, taxes, and customs clearance on international shipments are the client’s responsibility. If these fees are charged to Portable Booths Manufacturing Co., Ltd., they will be covered initially and billed to the client. The credit card used for the order will be charged for these additional fees.
