Additionally, we utilize an order form, through which we gather visitor information such as billing and shipping details, as well as email addresses and financial information (account or credit card numbers). This information is collected for the explicit purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, as well as communicating company promotions to our valued customers.

When you submit your email address to Portable Booths whether through a contest, promotion, information inquiry, support request, or any other form, your email address is automatically included in our E-Newsletter Subscriber List. Please note that your email address is protected by Portable Booths and will not be sold or shared with other companies, except when required by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Return Policy

Customers are eligible to return any orders from Portable Booths within three days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the products listed below. To initiate a return or exchange (according to the warranty guidelines outlined below), please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Reach out to sales@portablebooths.ca to request an RMA# from a Portable Booths representative.

Returned merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, cables, etc., with the authorized RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be submitted within three days of the receipt date, and all items must reach our warehouse within ten days of the return request. To qualify for a full refund, all free items must be returned along with purchased items. Please note that shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are non-refundable. At our discretion, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the cost of items returned may be applied. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned through a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was previously applied.

Portable Booths assume no responsibility for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Ensure that units to be returned are packed carefully. Please be aware that packages sent via normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked for delivery. Since confirmation of receipt is essential for processing a return, we recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking and/or insurance.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Portable Booths offers a limited lifetime warranty on the following items: Pop-up displays, pop-up frames, safeguarding against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during regular use. All necessary repairs covered by this limited lifetime warranty will be performed at no cost, excluding shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not apply to Portable Booths products that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect wiring, or used in violation of provided operating instructions. It also does not cover units altered or repaired for warranty defects by entities other than Portable Booths. Furthermore, this warranty excludes any incidental or consequential damages and serves as the sole warranty, replacing all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. No representative or individual is authorized to assume any additional liability in connection with the sale of our products. Graphics & Customized Products

Claims for graphics and customized product orders must be reported within twenty-four hours of receiving the merchandise. This includes discrepancies between the approved proofs sent via email and the actual received merchandise. All claims should be submitted in writing within twenty-four hours from the time of receiving the merchandise and directed to sales@portabledisplays.ca  Claims made after the twenty-four hour period will not be honored.

Careful handling of printed graphics orders is essential. Portable Booths emphasizes that all purchased graphics must be rolled with the graphic side facing outward. For further clarification, please reach out to a Portable Booths representative at sales@portablebooths.ca . Failure to follow this instruction may result in delamination, and Portable Booths assumes no responsibility for any damage to the graphics.

All graphics purchased from Portable Booths  are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases. Please refer to the claims policy stated above for any issues related to claims.



Portable Booths. assumes no liability for any shipping delays, and the lead times provided on this website are purely estimations, not definitive production durations. The company is also not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers in the delivery of products. Claims related to delays must be addressed directly with the third-party carrier. Portable Booths commits to honoring its return policy for products that do not arrive within the customer’s expected timeframe. However, it is essential to review the Return Policy and Product Exemptions to ensure eligibility for a return.

International shipments are subject to additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the client. If Portable Booths incurs these charges, they will be paid on behalf of the client and subsequently billed to the client. The credit card used for the order will be charged for these additional fees.
